Trim is priced by linear foot and complexity profile.
Profile depth
Flat modern casing cuts in fast. Multi-step Victorian profiles need a brush and patience.
Door count
Each door panel is six sub-surfaces. We charge per door, both sides.
Existing finish
Stained trim going to paint needs bond primer and a sealed grain — adds one full day.
Color contrast
Black trim on white walls demands a perfect line. We price the extra care in.

We default to Benjamin Moore Aura and Sherwin-Williams Emerald. We're happy to spec a different line if you have a preference or are matching an existing finish.
