What's included
What's included
Exteriors fail because of prep, not paint. Most of our time on site is scraping, sanding, and priming.
- 01Pressure washing and dry-out window
- 02Hand-scraping loose paint to a sound edge
- 03Spot-priming bare wood with oil or bonding primer
- 04Two finish coats of 100% acrylic on body, trim, and accents
- 05Caulking, glazing, and minor wood repair as we go
Pricing logic
How we price it
Exterior pricing comes down to surface, story count, and how much prep the last paint job left behind.
Story count
Two- and three-story Cincinnati homes need lifts and ladders — we plan the rigging into the bid.
Substrate
Wood siding takes more prep than cement board. Brick painting is one-way; we'll talk you through it first.
Existing condition
Heavy peeling and failed caulk can double prep time. We document it with photos before quoting.
Color count
Body + trim is standard. Add a third or fourth color for shutters and doors and the day count grows.

Most interiors take 3–7 working days depending on scope. Exteriors run 5–14 days with weather in mind. We share a day-by-day plan before the crew shows up.

We default to Benjamin Moore Aura and Sherwin-Williams Emerald. We're happy to spec a different line if you have a preference or are matching an existing finish.
