Benjamin Moore Aura is our default — single-coat coverage on color shifts, washable, holds its sheen for years. We use Regal Select on rental and commercial projects where the price point matters more than the warranty.

There are no shortcuts on a real paint job. The product matters as much as the hand.
Cheap paint isn't cheaper — it's just delayed cost. A repaint at five years instead of ten is the most expensive thing you can do to a wall. Here's how we think about product choice.
Trim and millwork
Waterborne alkyds — Benjamin Moore Advance or Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane. They flow like oil, level like oil, but clean up with water and don't yellow.
Exteriors
Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior or Sherwin-Williams Emerald. Both carry real 25-year warranties when properly applied. The application is what makes those warranties real.
Cabinets
Conversion varnish or 2K urethane, sprayed in our booth. Nothing brushed, nothing rolled, nothing dries soft.
