No mystery, no surprise invoices, no rushed second coats.

We've shaped our process around the two things clients told us mattered most: knowing what's happening on their property, and not being surprised at the end. Here's how every project runs.

1. Walkthrough and quote

We come to the property, walk every surface, and take notes. You get a written, line-itemized quote within two business days. No deposit to get one.

2. Color and product

We help you land on the final colors and paint line. Sampling on real walls is part of the price — we don't quote based on guesses.

3. Schedule and prep

Start date confirmed in writing. Prep day is its own day — drop cloths, masking, moving furniture, and patching all happen before any color goes up.

4. Paint

Two coats, always. A daily check-in tells you what's done and what's next. Site cleaned every evening.

5. Walkthrough and warranty

We walk every room with you at the end. Any touch-ups happen on the spot. Workmanship warrantied for two years interior, ten years exterior.

FAQ

Common questions

For projects under $5,000, no deposit. Above that, a 25% deposit holds the start date. Final invoice is due on completion.

Sampling first avoids this most of the time. If we're already a coat in and you want a change, we'll cover the labor on one color swap.
