Pricing logic
How we price it
Commercial work prices on square footage, access window, and finish spec.
Access window
Daytime is fastest. Nights and weekends carry a labor premium but keep you open.
Spec sheet
Property managers usually have a paint spec. We bid to spec — or recommend equivalents.
Substrate
Block, CMU, and concrete need different primer paths than drywall.
Site protection
Active retail and food service need full nightly tear-down. We build it into the bid.
